 My friend Dora gave me the idea for this delicious drink. It's really simple to make and it is soooo delicious!!! I chugged the whole thing haha!

You're going to need:
  • 3 cups of coconut water
  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple juice (the pineapple is a pain to juice, but it is so totally worth it!)

*makes a liter, if you don't want to make this much just halve the ingredients

  2. Wow! this juice is amazing! Just need to find me a beach now! I'm so glad I 'happened' upon your blog! The ebook is amazing and your a real inspiration! Im on day 2 of a juice cleanse, I started it simply to feel better within myself and lose a few extra pounds, but I suck at sticking with things. I've never done a full cleanse before like this, just the morning green juice for breakfast over the last few months with mainly raw food diet, although temptations have been a huge issue so results werent as hoped. So hopefully this works, I plan to stick with it for the ten days as suggested on the ebook and then see where I stand, maybe alternate between raw food and a juice fast... thanks for all the info, its made a huge difference in my motivation! Leah :)
