16 DAYS INTO THE YEAR

It's been half a month since I wrote anything on here. I could give you many reasons why, but I don't think I will, instead I'll share a bit of what's happened during the first 3 weeks of 2013.
As you know, I felt compelled to live this year with boldness and to not wait for conditions to be "ideal" to take action. This involves taking risks as stepping waaay outside my comfort zone. Eeeeeeeeks! So here are a few things I've done (or tried to do) so far:

1. Started this blog - nothing better than telling the world how afraid you are to do life and then try to do it and tell everyone about it - fun...

2. While being in the worst physical shape in a while still decided to go winter camping and hiking - it ended up not being half as bad as I thought, actually it was quite amazing. More winter camping pictures here.


3. Decided to start wearing the clothes in my closet instead of being too afraid to do so because well, my style could be called errr... interesting :D



4. My friend Tiff and I have decided to embark on a journey to health that includes her kicking my butt as a trainer and I feeding us healthy food - look out for our blog coming soon! I had my first training session two days ago and it still kills to sit but I can feel my glutes lifting already.

I had a list of things I wanted to get done this month but the month is only halfway through and I'd say I'm off to a pretty good start :D
